Shipping Your Blooms
If you are local, you can choose to drop off your flowers to save some money and guarantee they get here safe and sound.
If you have to ship your flowers, please follow the instructions below. Please remember to send extra flower with your bouquet!
Step 1
Gather Your Materials
Cardboard box larger than your bouquet
Bouquet and extra flowers
Packing paper, crumpled paper, or packing peanuts. No bubblewrap or plastic.
Paper towel
Rubber band
Plastic bag
Packing tape
DIY packing slip with materials sent and contact information: name, address, email, phone number.
Step 2
Cut and Wrap Stems
Freshly cut stems at a 45 degree angle.
Remove any ribbons, charms, pendants, etc…that you don’t want to include in your frame.
Dampen the paper towel and use it to cover the stems. Do not cover the petals! Wrap the paper towel with a plastic bag, securing with a rubber band.
Step 3
Box the Blooms
If you have a small box or a tissue box, insert wrapped stems into the small box to stabilize the stems in the shipping box.
Place the bouquet in the shipping box.
Add your packing material (packing paper, crumpled paper, packing peanuts) to fill empty space. Do not use plastic!
Place any other items you want included in your frame.
Put your DIY packing slip and contact information in.
Tape the box shut and indicate which side is to stay up, and write ‘Fragile’.
Step 4
Ship Your Blooms
We recommend sending your flowers via UPS or FedEx.

Please ship overnight or 1-2 day shipping. The sooner we receive your flowers, the better they preserve. If they don’t arrive within the 5 day timeframe they may not be accepted.
