Due to the customization of the frames, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for finished pieces. Preservation is a careful and timely service that is customized specifically for the client.

In the event you do not need or want a preservation and we have not received the flowers, a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Once we have received the flowers, we are unable to issue a refund of the deposit due to ordering materials for the frames. The only exception is if the flowers arrive unusable. In such event, the client will have the choice of a recreation or a refund of the deposit.
